2007

This year's show gives a skewed history of Toulson and Harvey that interacts with the audience, but with an affable non-threatening demeanour. Stand-out moments feature a Scottish-impersonator competition and a Rocky-style comedy training skit in an enjoyably crafted show.

"...an engrossing and slickly presented hour, loaded with atmosphere and pathos..." METRO

"...an acutely-observed piece of comedy theatre..." THE LIST

"...Luke Toulson and Stephen Harvey are hugely gifted performers, able to take on the mantle of any character without props, wigs or costumes. They subtly catch accents and physical mannerisms of everyone from a seven-year-old schoolboy to Daniel Kitson..." CHORTLE

"...one of the most inventive, bizarre hours of comedy available on the Fringe..it..s far more intelligent than your average sketch show..." EDINBURGH GUIDE

2005

"... the pair's debut sketch show is one of the best that Edinburgh has seen recently, endlessly inventive and achingly clever... their satire is so refreshingly clear sighted: merciless where no quarter should be given... the show's greatest charm is the sheer quality of writing and performance... the script is crisp, witty and intelligent, written with a great flair for comic rhythm and performed with verve, style and a superb sense of timing... very few sketch shows are quite as laugh-out-load funny... great entertainment and a treat to watch..." ***** FEST

"... this pair are excellent mimics and superb actors with timing coming out of their ears..." THE LIST
